Installation Guide & Safety Notes:
This kit must be installed by a qualified professional due to its connection to the ECU. Improper installation may cause severe damage to the vehicle's control systems.
Power Supply Wiring:
Connect the red wire to a 12V ignition power source with a 10A fuse.
The black wire serves as the ground and should be connected to the vehicle's chassis or battery negative terminal.
Accelerator Pedal Signal Connection:
The yellow wire connects to the accelerator pedal signal wire, which carries a 5V signal monitored by the ECU.
Use a voltmeter to identify the signal: 5V when the pedal is pressed and 0V when released.
Solenoid Valve Connection:
Connect the solenoid's vacuum ports as required: one to the vacuum source and the other to the blow-off valve.
Ensure the third port allows atmospheric pressure to prevent improper operation.
Timing Adjustment:
Use the potentiometer inside the controller to adjust the blow-off valve duration (0.1–1.5 seconds).
A red LED indicator verifies proper operation.
