What you need to know about LLRacing Club
Do I need to join LLRacing Club separately?
No. Once you have an LLRacing customer account and shop while signed in, eligible purchases can automatically earn Club Points.
I already have an LLRacing account. Where can I see my points?
Sign in and open your customer profile. In Profile → Discounts you can see your current Club Point balance, previous credits, redemptions and point history.
Do I receive Club Points just for creating an account?
No. LLRacing Club rewards eligible completed purchases.
Do I earn Club Points for subscribing to the newsletter?
No. The newsletter and LLRacing Club are separate. Club Points are earned through eligible purchases.
How many Club Points do I earn?
Eligible regular-price products earn 2% Club Points, while eligible sale items earn 1%.
How are Club Points calculated and rounded?
Club Points are calculated from the current gross selling price of the eligible product. For sale items, the current discounted gross price is used. The calculated amount is rounded to the nearest whole Club Point.
When are my Club Points credited?
Club Points are credited after your order has been successfully completed and closed.
How long are Club Points valid?
Club Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited.
How many Club Points can I redeem on one order?
You can redeem Club Points up to your available balance, subject to the 10% redemption limit based on the order total.
Does the system automatically use my Club Points?
No. Club Points are not redeemed automatically. When ordering, you decide whether you want to use them.
What happens to Club Points if an order is cancelled or an item is returned?
Club Points are earned only on successfully completed purchases. If an order is cancelled, an item is returned or a refund is issued, the Club Points related to the affected purchase are not earned, and previously credited points may be adjusted where necessary.
Can Club Points be used to pay shipping costs?
No. Club Points cannot be used to cover shipping costs.
