The polyurethane elastomer used in the products is at the forefront of polymer systems, which, thanks to its properties and technical parameters, replaces the widely used rubber. The elasticity of elastomers against high strength and temperature is many times higher than that of conventional rubber.

very good dynamic load resistance,
high wear resistance,
wide operating temperature range,
high tear and crack resistance,
resistant to oils, acids, solvents and weather conditions.

Strongflex products are made of polyurethane - better than traditional rubber parts. Other benefits of polyurethane include increased safety, better suspension durability and sustainability, and much more mileage (miles) without repairs.
We currently offer two types of materials - depending on customer preferences:
NORMAL version - with a hardness of about 80ShA (red color), similar to that used by the original vehicle manufacturer, however, the production of polyurethane ensures the sustainability and longevity of the suspension,
SPORT version / TUNING / RACING - recommended for tuned and racing vehicles, the suspension becomes much stiffer, used in sports cars (90 ShA hardness, our color is yellow).
