MOTUL RBF 600 FL DOT4 Competition Brake Fluid - 0.5L

Fully 100% synthetic DOT 4 racing brake oil for Hydraulic Brake and Clutch systems.

Very high boiling point: 307°C.

Application:

For hydraulic brake and clutch systems that require silicone-free oil.

Specially developed for resistance to very high temperatures for racing brake systems (steel and carbon).

Exceeds DOT 3 and DOT 5.1 data, except for viscosity at 40°C.

Resistant and stable, even at very high thermal pressure.

Its very high boiling point (307°C) exceeds DOT 5.1/DOT 5 (260°C) standards and DOT 4 (240°C) allows the braking efficiency to be maintained.

Efficiency in rain: it has a very high wet boiling point (471°F/216°C), which exceeds that of standard brake oils and enables braking efficiency even in rainy weather.

DOT 3/DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluids have the property of absorbing moisture from the air, which lowers the boiling point and increases the risk of "longer braking distances".
